5.1.2.9 STAAssociation Random
The STAAssociation Random field specifies the random number contained in the MMeAssocReq packet.
5.1.2.10 STA Re-association Time
The STA Re-association Time field specifies the interval at which an STA reinitiates an association request, in milliseconds. After the CCO rejects the association request of an STA, the CCO notifies the STA of the interval
at which it can reinitiate an association request.
5.1.2.11 End Sequence
When an STA sends an MMeAssocReq packet to the CCO for the first time, the STA needs to obtain the sequence number.
When the CCO processes the MMeAssocReq packet, the CCO needs to use the sequence number of the MMeAssocReq packet in the MMeAssocCnf packet.
5.1.2.12 Path Sequence
The value of the Path Sequence field obtained by CCO starts at zero and is incremented each time the CCO responds with an MMeAssocCnf packet. When updating routing entries, a PCO or STA needs to determine whether the value of the Path Sequence field is the latest one.
5.1.2.13 Route Info
The Route Info field specifies routing information about the STAs contained in the MMeAssocCnf packet. The STAs include directly-connected STAs, PCOs, and all the subordinate STAs of the PCOs. Table 15 describes subfields in the Route Info field.
The fragmentation rules are as follows:
— Each packet contains a Route Info field and subordinate STA table. The Route Info field specifies information about subordinate STAs in the current packet. Routing entries in one packet should be correctly parsed.
— Routing entries of STAs are transmitted in the following sequence: 1) directly connected STAs, 2) directly connected PCOs, and 3) subordinate STAs of PCOs. If many subordinate STAs are connected to a PCO and the routing entries cannot be transmitted in one packet, the first entry in a fragmented packet shall be the PCO, and the second entry shall be the total number of subordinate STAs connected to the PCO, which is followed by the TEI of each subordinate STA.
