5competence requirements for CBRMS auditors5.1General
The audit team involved in CBRMS auditing shall have the generic competence described inISO/IEC 17021-1 and the CBRMS knowledge described in 5.2 to5.10.
NOTE1 lt is not necessary for each auditor in the audit team to have the same competence, however thecollective competence of the audit team needs to be sufficient to achieve the audit objectives.
NOTE 2An audit team can consist of one or more persons.
5.2 Collaborative business relationship management premise, terminology, principles,practices and techniques
The audit team involved in CBRMS auditing shall have knowledge and understanding of:
a) collaborative business relationship(CBR) management and the interrelated nature of the principles
as outlined in ISO/TR 44000;
b)the nature and drivers of collaborative relationships (see IS0 44001:2017,Annex F) and the waythey are implemented and managed;
cthe complexity and interdependency of relationships; and the CBR management terminology.
5.3 Visions and values
The audit team involved in CBRMS auditing shall have knowledge and understanding of the impact ofthe visions and values of the organizations on the effectiveness of the collaboration.
5.4Collaborative leadership
The audit team involved in CBRMS auditing shall have knowledge and understanding of principles usedfor effective collaborative leadership.
5.5 Collaborative behaviour
The audit team involved in CBRMS auditing shall have knowledge and understanding of skills andprocesses that facilitate the collaborative behaviour.
5.6Trust and commitment
The audit team involved in CBRMS auditing shall have knowledge and understanding of the influence oftrust and commitment on collaborative business relationships.
5.7Information and knowledge sharing
The audit team involved in CBRMS auditing shall have knowledge and understanding of the effects ofinformation and knowledge management on collaborative business relationships.
5.8Risk management
The audit team involved in CBRMS auditing shall have knowledge and understanding of the riskmanagement within the context of the lifecycle of collaborative business relationships.
5.9Exit strategy
The audit team involved in CBRMS auditing shall have knowledge to understand the impact of the exitstrategy on organizations and throughout the lifecycle of the collaborative business relationships.
5.10 Contractual arrangements
The audit team involved in CBRMS auditing shall have knowledge of collaborative arrangements andrelated contractual arrangements that can impact collaboration.
6Competence requirements of personnel reviewing audit reports and makingcertification decisions
6.1General
Personnel reviewing audit reports and making certification decisions shall have the generic competencedescribed in ISO/IEC 17021-1 and knowledge and understanding described in 6.2 to 6.7.
6.2Collaborative business relationship management premise, terminology, principles,practices and techniques
Personnel reviewing audit reports and making certification decisions shall have knowledge andunderstanding of:
a) the CBR management and the interrelated nature of the principles as outlined in ISO/TR44000;b) the CBR management terminology.
6.3 Collaborative behaviour
Personnel reviewing audit reports and making certification decisions shall have knowledge of skillsand processes that facilitate the collaborative behaviour.
6.4Information and knowledge sharing
Personnel reviewing audit reports and making certification decisions shall have knowledge of theeffects of information and knowledge management on collaborative business relationships.
6.5 Risk management
Personnel reviewing audit reports and making certification decisions shall have knowledge of the riskmanagement within the context of the lifecycle of collaborative business relationships.
